ONE FINAL LEAF PICKUP

 is scheduled for Monday, December 6, 2021. Since all the leaves have finally fallen, the Street Department has scheduled this final leaf collection.  Please pile your leaves near the curbside for collection.  Your leaves must be free of brush, debris, pet waste and foreign objects to be collected.  For more information, please call (219) 787-9187. 


Fall Leaf Pickup: to return fall 2022

Every Monday, weather permitting in fall of 2022


Residents should pile leaves in town right-of-way along the pavement for pick up. Please do not put leaves in ditches and be sure your leaves are clear of sticks, debris and pet waste. Leaf pick-up will continue every Monday, and may take more than one day per week.

Brush Pickup: May - October


Every Monday returning in May of 2022

Tree branches are to be no longer than 6 feet long and no larger than 6 inches in diameter. All materials are to be placed on the Town's right-of-way, close to the edge of the pavement. 
*In case of inclement weather, brush will be picked up as soon as weather allows.

FREE Compost & Woodchips

Self-Serve as long as supplies last. Located on the south side of the Street Dept. property.
